Classic meat n' potatoes

Garden fresh sage mashed potatoes (soy milk, butter, hot sauce, s+p)

Csa broccolini, lightly steamed, garlic, s+p.

Fillet minion, pan fried, rare.
It's all about the subtleties on this dish, broccoli or beef not over coked and the sage added an amazing touch!

Pies n thighs!

Years later- we orchestrated a return to pies n thighs!
Stared it off right with doughnuts! Old fashion cake, dense and not too sweet, perfect says Caleb.
Only issue was being full as anything and ordering way too much food!
Watermelon, cucumber, mint, spicy pepper salad.
And Jackie's favorite: fried chicken biscuit sandwitch with hot sauce and honey butter. mm
And we had Sunday beers.

Cute girls need tasty lunches to go!

Fresh lettuce and arugula from the garden.
Add kale, broccoli, red onion, cucumbers, sprouts, olive oil, s+p, and splash of ginger dressing.

Sweet potato pita... with everything

Inspired by num pang to make sweet potato sandwiches!

Kale, sprouts, raw garlic, onion + gost pepper hot sauce more makes a wicked spicy sweet potato sandwich.

Next time I would keep the potatoes in larger slices to give it more weight as central element of sandwich. Plus I threw in every vegetable nearby.. Which proves why you don't add pickles to sweet potato sandwich. Because that's just weird. I was hungry.
