Fresh green dead fish

Tilapia skillet baked in crust of cilantro and citrus on shredded lettuce with with cilantro sauce. Steamed green beans and almond slivers on top.

Cilantro sauce
-cilantro
Spinach
Ginger
Garlic
Fresh green cayenne
3 clementines
Minced in food processor a little olive oil and s/p

Used as dressing on salad and when cooking fish.
